1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (canned or natural)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3½ c. flour
⅔ c. water

-MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS, THEN ADD:
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

-MIX INGREDIENTS, THEN ADD:
3½ c. flour
⅔ c. water
Optional: Add nuts, raisins, chocolate chips

-MIX INGREDIENTS; BAKE FOR ONE HOUR AT 350º F IN GREASED PAN
You can make 3 small loaves from this recipe
NOTE - Cover loaves with foil first 30 minutes of baking - then, remove foil to let loaves brown next 30 minutes

This recipe was circulated right before Thanksgiving at an office I worked at years ago - everyone said it was the best pumpkin bread. I thought, how good could it be? It was great.
