1 lb. bacon
1-2 lbs. ham
1 lb. smoked kielbasa, good quality
1 small horseradish root
2 dozen hard boiled eggs
1-2 c. vinegar
1-2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil kielbasa for approx. 15 minutes.
2. Cut bacon into 1-1.5 inch pieces while still in package. Put bacon into a large pan (or electric skillet) and fry. Leave grease in pan.
3. Cut cooked sausage into bite sized pieces and add to pan with bacon grease.
4. Cut cooked ham into bite sized pieces and add to pan.
5. Peel hard-boiled eggs, cut them into slices then add to pan.
6. Take the outer skin off the horseradish. Shave small strips of horseradish with a knife, adding them to the pan to taste.
7. Add 1 c. vinegar and 1 c. water to pan. Add equal parts of vinegar and water to desired consistency.
8. Put on medium-low heat and cover, stirring occasionally until warm.
