2 lb Navy Beans
1 stems Celery finely diced
½ Onion, finely diced
1 tbsp Butter
2½ tbsp Pork Base
Dash Tabasco
⅛ cup Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water and allow to soak overnight. Drain the beans and refill with clean water to cover. Bring to a boil and continue boiling until beans turn to mush. (this may take an hour or more). Sauté onions and celery in about 2 tablespoons butter until onions are translucent. Add sautéed veggies, pork base, Tabasco and Worcestershire and continue cooking until you have a thick soup. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
