1½ cup Sugar
1 can Evaporated Milk (5.75oz)
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Light corn syrup
4½ oz Crushed English Toffee (Heath Bars)

Directions:
Directions:
Put Heath bars in freezer until hard. Put frozen bars between waxed paper and crush with a rolling pin. Combine butter, corn syrup, sugar and toffee pieces in a saucepan and cook over medium low heat until toffee is melted. Keep stirring while it is cooking. Add evaporated milk to hot mixture while continuing to stir. Excellent for use over banana cream crepes, on banana cream pie or over white cake.
