4 Large Onions, sliced
3 tsp Mustard
½ cup Sugar
2½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Water
1 cup Ketchup
6 cup Tomato Puree
1½ tsp Pepper
½ cup Vinegar
3 tsp Salt
1 cup Sweet pickle juice
3 drops Tabasco
3 cup Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 cup White Sugar
¼ tsp Ground cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onions, ½ cup sugar and 2 cups water and cook until onions are translucent. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 2-3 hours. This is primarily a sauce to be used with beef. A rump roast or chuck roast makes good barbeque. Any cheap cut of meat will do-don’t use steak cuts or Eye of Round.
