1 qt Heavy Cream
2 qt Half & Half
2 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 cup White Wine
2˝ cup Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in butter in saucepan very lightly (don’t allow to turn brown). Add heavy cream (whipping cream), half & half, and white wine. Heat until hot, but not boiling. Gradually add grated parmesan, stirring constantly. Sauce should be the consistency of gravy. If too thin, add more cheese; if too thick add more ˝ & ˝. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
