1 cup Shredded Lettuce
¾ cup Cooked salad shrimp or crabmeat
1 Tomato, cut in 8 wedges
1 Hard boiled egg, cut in 4 wedges
Sliced ripe, black olives
Louis Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce in middle of a dinner plate. Mound shrimp or crab meat in center of lettuce, place egg and tomato wedges around the mounded seafood in a circular pattern. Pour about ¼ cup of Louis dressing on top of seafood and garnish with ripe olive slices.
 

Louis Dressing


Ingredients:

¾ cup Chili Sauce
½ cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1 tsp Minced or grated onion
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, place in a sealed container and chill until ready to use.
