5 lbs potatoes, boiled and diced
1 large onion, diced
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled. (Keep grease)
1-2 tablespoons flour
½ cup vinegar
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Best to refrigerate potatoes overnight and remove skins and dice in the morning.

Add flour to bacon grease to thicken. Then add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add some water if to thick. Pour mixture over potatoes, onions and bacon. Serve warm.
