Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb hot Italian sausage
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
¼ cup fresh grated parmesan
2 eggs
½ cup whole milk
½ cup finely chopped parsley

1 bag of Mozzarella Pearls
2 jars of marinara sauce (this will probably suffice if you're just making meatballs for like an appetizer. If you're making this into a pasta sauce, get more sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except the Mozz cheeze balls) and mix together.

Hand roll meat balls and stuff in 2 mozz pearls. Make sure there is meat all the way around them to prevent the cheese from spilling out.

Put a layer of sauce in the bottom of a croc pot, then place a layer of meatballs inside. After each layer of meatballs, pour more sauce in, then make another layer of meatballs. Ensure theres enough sauce to cover the top of the meatballs when done.

Cook on High for 2-2.5 hours (or until meat is done).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Choose a marinara sauce that you like. I've tried about 8 different ones from the store, including some of the fancy ones, and they all have their own unique flavors, some of which I didn't really care for. My favorite one ended up being just the Hyvee brand plain marinara sauce. Its got a good tomato flavor, and is simple enough that you can spice it up how you like without having overbearing flavors already in it like many of the other sauces I tried. You can then add extra garlic, herbs, spice, parm cheese, and I have even added sugar to give it a slightly sweet flavor. So spice up to your preferred taste. As it cooks, the grease and flavor of the meat will also enhance the flavor of the sauce.
