1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar on waxed paper
2. Beat the butter in a large bowl until fluffy. Add the flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place about 1-2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a lightly floured fork.
4. Bake at 300º for 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
