1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c sugar
1 c raw peanuts
1 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Into a large glass pyrex, place corn syrup, sugar, peanuts. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 2. After 4 minutes, stir in 1 T butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Microwave again on high for 4 more minutes.
3. Stir in 1 tsp baking soda (mixture will grow and be foamy). Spread on a greased sheet pan. Allow to cool and break up into brittle.
