1 large head of cabbage
1 lb hamburger
¼ c brown sugar
1 c cooked rice or ½ c instant rice
1 onion, chopped
2 (3oz) cans tomato sauce (or 1 large can tomatoes with green pepper and celery)
1 t salt
Dash of garlic powder
1 lb (11 oz) can sauerkraut
½ t allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage in 2 inches of water until tender. Combine beef, rice, onion, garlic and allspice. Roll in cabbage leaves. Arrange sauerkraut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place cabbage rolls over top and pour tomatoes over it all. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
