8 egg yolks
8 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
8 Tbs. cake flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks till light, slowly add sugar and beat well until mixture is light and fluffy. Slowly add cake four, tablespoon at a time.

Beat egg whites till stiff, and slowly fold into yolk mixture.

Pour mixture into a wax paper lined jelly roll pan and bake 15 o 20 minutes at 350º.

When done invert pan and immediately remove wax/parchment paper, and roll jelly roll up in a dish towel
Which has been dusted with confectioners sugar. Let cool rolled up.

Fill with jelly when cool and enjoy.
