32 oz Pkg Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
1 can Cream of Potato Soup (undiluted)
1 small Onion (chopped)
1-8 oz sour cream
12 oz pkg Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Melted Butter (divided)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Crushed Corn Flakes or Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13" x 6" glass pan.
Mix all ingredients except (1/4 cup butter and corn flakes or crackers).
Spread mixture on top of potatoes, then sprinkle corn flakes or crackers on top.
Spoon 1/4 cup of butter over mixture.
Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes.
