6 Boneless Chicken Thighs- cut in large pieces
2 links of sausage- cut
1 c Tony's Roux Powder Mix
Tony Seasoning to taste
1 can diced tomatoes
1 Bag frozen Okra- optional
1 small bag frozen onions, celery and bell pepper
Oil
7-8 cups of water
Serve over cooked rice

Directions:
In small amount of oil, add onion, celery and bellpepper. Sauté til onions clear.
Add water and tomatoes to pot. Add Tony's Roux mix to 2 cups of cold water and stir. Add to pot.
Allow to boil. Add chicken and sausage. Cook for 2-3 hours til chicken done. Add okra.
Serve over rice.

Pressure Cooker works great. Just sauté onions, celery and bellpepper in oil. Then add all ingredients.
Cook approximately 1 hours. Delicious and quick.
