Cheddar Cheese
Tomatoes

Please see the recipe for Mama Sherry's green chile in this book. Make according to directions.

In the meantime, boil a whole chicken and de-bone, de-skin, and shred

Fry some corn tortillas in a pan with vegetable oil until soft.

Once tortillas are fried, fill with shredded chicken and roll up.

Smother with chile and cheese to your desire. Add tomatoes, lettuce and oniion to your taste.
