2 lb Margarine
4 cans Chopped Clams
2 lb Diced Bacon
2 cup White Wine
˝ Stalk Celery-diced
3 gal Milk
4 Carrots-diced
8 cup Flour
2 Onions-diced
1 gal Fish stock
2 Green Peppers-diced
3 tbsp Oregano
2 Red Peppers-diced
3 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
2 Yellow Peppers-diced
1 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp Minced Garlic
3 tbsp Clam Base
10 Potatoes-steamed & diced

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the bacon in the margarine with onions, celery, carrots, garlic & peppers. Add the flour and simmer slowly (like a Roux). Add all other ingredients and simmer until thick (do not allow to boil).
