1+ cup Ritz crackers, crushed fine
½ stick Butter, melted
Dash Seasoning Salt
2 cups Sliced Vidalia Onions
2 tbsp Butter
2 Eggs, beaten
¾ cup Milk
½ tsp Salt & Pepper, or to taste
1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, butter and salt together and press into 9” pie pan forming a crust. Sauté onions n butter until onions turn clear, pour over pie crust. Mix eggs, milk and cheese together and pour over onions. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
