Ingredients:  
1 can crushed pineapple
½ c white sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
½ c cold water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat pineapple, sugar and lemon juice
2. Dissolve Knox gelatin in water
3. Add to pineapple mix
4. Remove from heat and let cool
5. Add cream cheese and cherries
6. Whip cream and fold into mixture
