Cake:
1 c chopped pecans
1 yellow cake mix
1 vanilla pudding mix (instant)
4 eggs
½ c Bacardi gold rum
½ c vegetable oil
½ c cold water

Glaze:
½ stick butter
1 c sugar
¼ c water
½ c golden rum

Cake:
1. Grease and flour a Bundt pan
2. Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan
3. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, Bacardi rum, oil and water
4. Bead at low speed until moistened
5. Beat at high speed for 2 min
6. Pour into Bundt pan over nut mixture
7. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
8. Cool 15 min and invert onto plate
9. Poke holes all over cake
10. Drizzle with glaze

Glaze:
1. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, water and rum
2. Boil for 5 min
3. Drizzle some over cake
4. Allow cake to absorb glaze
5. Repeat until glaze is used up
