2 cans (8 oz.) refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
2 T. Dijon or honey mustard
1 package (14 oz.) cocktail franks
Ketchup, mustard, or prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Working with one can of rolls at a time, separate dough into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into thirds lengthwise.
Spread each triangle with mustard.
Place one cocktail frank on widest end of triangle and roll up tightly.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, point side down.
Repeat with remaining dough and cocktail franks.
Bake pigs in a blanket in a 375º preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm with extra mustard, ketchup, or prepared horseradish.

You can prepare and bake pigs-in-blanket up to a week ahead of time. Freeze in plastic
food storage bags.
To reheat: place pigs, thawed on cookie sheet, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
