3 lbs. Red Potatoes
½ lb. Butter, soft
1 ½ cups Sour Cream
½ cup Bacon Bits
½ cup Chives
Salt and Pepper to Taste
½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in lightly salted water until falling apart and tender; drain. Add softened butter, sour cream, bacon bits and chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. If too thick, you may add some warm milk. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º F until top is browned.
