Meat:
1 1/2 lbs cut up chicken breast/ cut up steak
1 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 TSP sesame seed oil
1 TBSP butter
3 TBSP soy sauce
2 TSP lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper
Vegetables:
1 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 TSP sesame seed oil
1 onion
1/2 C mushrooms
1/2 C broccoli
1 TBSP butter
2 TBSP soy sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
Fried Rice:
4 C cooked rice (cooled)
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 onion, cut up
2 eggs
4 TBSP
butter
4 TBSP soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice first.
Heat oils for meat and then add meat, soy sauce, butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Cook until done.
Chop onion, Heat oils to fry rice, add onion. Saute then move to one side of pan. Add eggs to other side and scramble.
Add rice and butter. Mix and cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add soy sauce and continue cooking for 1 minute.
