Huntington Chicken Ingredients:
1 Cooked Chicken diced
2 c. macaroni (cooked)
1/2 lb. diced cheese (kraft)
4 c. broth & 1/2 c. flour to thicken
4 c. buttered bread crumbs, on top

Apple Crunch Ingredients:
6-8 apples: peeled, sliced, cored and diced
1 c. Gran sugar
1 T. All purpose flour
1 t. Cinnamon
1/2 c. of water

Topping
1 c. Oats
1 c. All purpose flour
1 c. Brown sugar
1/4 t. Baking powder
1/4 t. Baking soda
1/2 c. Melted butter (1 stick)
1/2 t. Cinnamon

Huntington Chicken Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 325º


Apple Crunch Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Prepare apples
Mix the top 4 ingredients and stir in apples. I coat the apples in a gallon ziploc bag.
Place apples in 9x13 dish. Add the 1/2 c. Of water evenly over the apples.
Combine the topping ingredients and then crumble over the apples. (I really like the crumble so I use 1 1/2x the recipe to cover the apples better.)
Bake at 350º for about 45 mins. Enjoy!!
