6-8 chicken breast
2 cans Rotel
3 cans cream of mushroom
3 cans cream of chicken
2 onions
2 peppers
2 cans green chilies
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Knowing this is a favorite I’m going to give directions on how I would make this recipe. Grandma was an amazing cook, but she often went with it and cooked by heart. So here’s my take on it:

Cook and shred chicken breasts. Sautéed diced onions and peppers until they are tender. Mix chicken and all other ingredients except the chips together. In a casserole dish layer mixture between layers of chips. Top with shredded cheese and bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
