1 c and 2 tbsp. water
⅔ c plain yogurt
2 tbsp. butter, cut up
2 c white flour
2 ¼ c whole wheat or multi grain flour
2 tbsp. dry milk
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 ¼ tsp. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and place in bread machine
2. Set bread machine for 'dough'
3. When done, divide dough into 2 buttered bread pans
4. Let rise covered with tea towel for 2 hours or until risen
5. Cook in oven for 18 min at 350º
6. Remove from oven
7. Tip bread pans on their side
8. Let cool for ½ hour before serving
