Ingredients:
Ingredients:

• 8 tomatoes (Roma tomatoes use like 12) – I like using Roma tomatoes, they are smaller but tastier.
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Cilantro – as much as you want, to taste
• ½ onion – or as much as you want, to taste
• 1 Jalapeno – optional, or half a pepper depending on your taste
• Any other seasoning of your choice

Instructions:

1) Combine tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion, and jalapeno (optional), or any other seasonings of your choice into the food processor.
2) Chop all ingredients just enough to combine and chop into semi-small parts. You don’t want to puree. You want to combine enough so that all the ingredients are mixed but not liquefied.
