3 c. AP Flour
6 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, soft
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. salt



Directions:
Directions:
- Beat eggs with whisk and add them to the milk. Whisk again.

- Combine dry ingredients. Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter. Add raisins. Gradually add the egg mixture until a soft dough dorms. Roll out on a slightly floured surface.

- Preheat oven to 350º.

- Cut out with a cutter, about 1" thick or 1/2".

- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
