Ingredients:  
500 grams Chinese Tofu (you can use grated chicken)
1 large celery stalk (diced)
1 medium size carrot (shredded)
3 cloves of garlic (diced)
1 medium white onion (diced)
2 jalapeño (cut into small pieces)
2-3 finger chilies (for garnishment)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 c mayonnaise
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
Crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tofu into cubes, then deep fry until golden brown. Set aside once cooked.

Sauté garlic, onion, carrots, celery, and jalapeños.

Mix the cooked fried tofu with the sautéed ingredients.

Turn down the heat to low and add the oyster sauce, water and mayonnaise.

Season with ground pepper. You can add a dash of salt if needed.

Add crushed peanuts (optional)

Garnish with finger chilies
