1 Tbl Green Onion, chopped
2 Tbl Low soium soy sauce
2 Tbl Fresh orange juice
1 Tbl Rice vinegar
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Grated lemon rind (zest)
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Honey
1¼ tsp Prepared wasabi paste
1 tsp Grated, peeled fresh ginger
2 tsp Vegetable oil
4 (6oz) Tuna steaks (about ¾ inch thick)
¼ tsp Salt
3 Tbl White sesame seeds
2 Tbl Black sesame seeds
Sliced green onions (optional for garnish)

1. Combine first 10 ingredients, stirring with a whisk
2. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
3. Sprinkle tuna with salt
4. Combine sesame seeds in a shallow dish
5. Dredge tuna in sesame seeds
6. Add tuna to pan and cook 3 minutes each side or until desired degree of doneness
7. Garnish with green onions, if desired

Serve Tuna with the prepared sauce
