1 Rotisserie Chicken (skin removed)
2 tbs flour
3 tbs melted butter
3 cans chicken broth
2 cups half and half
1 onion diced
1 potato cubed (optional)
Broccoli, green beans, carrots, peas, corn
Season with salt, pepper, season salt, poultry seasoning, garlic
1 box Puff Pastry Shells

Directions:
In a large dutch oven heat butter on medium-high heat and add onion and garlic. Sauté onions then stir in flour until completely combined. Gradually add in chicken broth and half and half. Stir in rest of the ingredients. Bring mixture to a simmer then reduce heat to low and cook for 2 hours. Serve over Puff Pastry shells.
