2 cups left over mashed potatoes
1 cup shortening
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredents.
Potatoes should not be sticky. If they are, add more flour.
Make patties and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered util the top is brown.

This is another recipe from your grandma's side of the family. Back when your grandma was a little girl there wasn't a lot of flavor in foods like there is today. You could add some dry seasonings to this recipe like garlic or onion powder, or maybe some dry ranch dip mix or dry onion soup mix.
