2cups all purpose flour
2 tbs sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
4-5 tbs shortening or butter
1 egg
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
raisins or cranberries (optional)
0.5 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Sift together flour sugar baking powder and soda.
Cut in shortening. Whisk sour cream and egg together.Use fingers to incorporate shortening , and egg mixture add raisins/ cranberries
then roll out gently on a floured surface or pat into a 7-8 inch disk and use cutter or divide into about 8 triangular shapes .
Brush with egg wash and bake on middle rack in preheated oven for 15 -20 minutes.
Cool on rack
