1 lb ground turkey
3-2 Italian sausages
Turkey Pepperoni :(
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons garlic
½ cup fresh mushrooms, optional
1 jar good pasta sauce (Barilla or Classico)
1-16 oz. pkg spaghetti noodles
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. Colby Jack Cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Worchestershire Sauce
Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a medium skillet, brown ground turkey and the the Italian sausage, that has been removed from casing. While the meat is browning, cut and and dice the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic. In the same skillet that the browned meat has been removed from, heat a teaspoon of oil (if necessary) and saute the garlic until it is golden, about 1 minute. Add the onions, mushrooms and peppers and cook until tender. Add the browned meat back into the pan and stir to combine. Add the pasta and pasta sauce to the skillet and stir well. Spray a 12" x 9" baking dish and pour the spaghetti bake into the dish, spreading into the corners well. Add cheese and pepperoni layer to top of casserole and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
