1 (16oz) box Mochiko
3 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 c milk
1 block butter, melted
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 (12oz) can coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 in pan and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Test with a toothpick. Should be a nice brown color.

Note: It will rise above the pan while baking. However it will drop back down while cooling. I especially love to eat the edges while it is still warm. YUM!
