Ingredients:  
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. onion powder
c sugar
1 egg
1 c vinegar
1 c milk
1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix mustard, flour, celery salt, curry powder, onion powder and sugar
2. Add egg
3. Add vinegar and mix well
4. Add milk slowly
5. In a double boiler, cook until thick
6. Add 1 tsp. butter when cooked
7. Cool and keep refrigerated until served
