4-5 Russet Potatoes, peeled
12 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Flour
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 med Onion, finely diced
1-2 cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice peeled, rinsed potatoes. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Start with a layer of potato slices,, cover with 1/2 dicen onions, 1/2 cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and sprinkle with about 1 1/2 tbsp of flour. Repeat with another layer of potatoes, onions, soup, flour and cheese. Add enough milk to cover all layers in casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350º oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 1/2 hour or until potatoes are tender.

Place a cookie sheet or foil under the casserole to prevent from overflowing onto oven floor.
