Begin with a block of regular cream cheese.

Score the cheese with a sharp knife horizontally and vertical with an approximate depth of 1/18”. This scoring will allow the smoke to permeate the cheese better.

You can utilize the wrapping of the cream cheese or aluminum foil and place into smoker for approximately 1 hour or until smoke coloring has been realized.
