Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 medium broccoli head and stem
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream *
1 cup Hellmann'sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise
1 package KnorrŪ Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
The night before you plan to serve:
Drain the water chestnuts. Dry with a paper towel.
Using a food processor: cut the broccoli head (reserve the stem) into manageable size pieces, add the 1/2 onion and water chestnuts. Pulse until you have a very fine consistency. Remove the mixture onto several paper towels. Squeeze all the excess water out of the mixture.

While still in the package, smash up the contents of the Knorr's Vegetable.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and determine if you have the right consistency. I like it thick. If it is not as thick as you like, you can use the broccoli stem (food processed) to add volume.

Chill at least 2 hours...test to see if you have enough onion.
