1 - 1 ½ lbs. stewing beef
1 lb. carrots, sliced
2 - 2 ½ lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge stew beef in flour and brown in frying pan. Place in Dutch oven or roaster. Add carrots and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl mix together canned soups and onion soup mix. Pour over contents in Dutch oven and stir well. Add water until level comes to top of mixture. Cook in oven set at 300ºF for approximately 4 hours.
