Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Prepared Dough of your choice (Corbo’s is suggested)
BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s is suggested)
¼ Red Onion, diced
Pineapple tidbits (small can)
Green onion (optional)
Mozzarella cheese
Cooked chicken (left over grilled chicken or rotisserie)
Cooking spray to apply to a cool grill
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by brining dough to room temperature. Begin to work the dough into a pizza shape (doesn’t need to be perfect). It is suggested to work the dough to be thin so it will cook fast on the grill.

Brush olive oil all over both sides and shake Italian seasoning over all side of dough. Place dough with no additional ingredients onto the grill for approximately 3 - 5 minutes until the dough begins to have large bubbles. The dough should be able to lift off the grill easily with a spatula or similar kitchen tool.

Take pizza dough off grill, liberally apply BBQ sauce in a similar method as pizza sauce all over pizza. Sprinkle small amount of cheese. Place shredded/diced chicken, pineapple, red onions liberally all over pizza. Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top of pizza.

Place back on grill and cook for an additional 5 minutes while watching to make sure the dough doesn’t burn. It is suggested to grill the pizza to a near crispy crust, if it begins to burn it is suggested to place it on top of a cookie sheet to finish the grilling process.

Remove from grill and sprinkle green onions / chives on top of pizza.
