· 3lb Boneless pork roast · 1 pack onion soup mix
·  1 Tbsp Oil · 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
·  10oz Cranberry Orange juice · 2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
1.     Brown roast on all sides *will cook through in crockpot
2.    Place all ingredients in bag and seal. Freeze.
3.     Thaw. Cook on low for 6 hours.
4.     Separate fat from marinade, serve with rice
