1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 Cans Chili-style Beans (or red beans or kidney beans or combination)
1 Can Tomato Sauce (2 ½ cups)
1 ¼ cup V-8 Juice
1 cup Canned, Diced Tomatoes
½ tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
Dash Tabasco
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions in stock pot; drain off grease. Add garlic powder, chili powder and Tabasco while browning. Add diced tomatoes, chili beans, tomato sauce and V-8. Allow to simmer for 50-60 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste. If chili is too thick for your liking, add additional V-8 juice until preferred consistency is reached.
