3 tbsp. oil
2 raw chicken breasts, diced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. hot chicken broth
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. diced celery
½ c. sliced almonds
2 c. frozen peas
½ c. diced onions
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a deep skillet or wok. Saute the chicken for 3 minutes, stirring almost constantly. Add pepper, soy sauce, celery, peas, onions and mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in the broth. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Mix together the cornstarch and water; stir into the mixture until thickened. Add almonds.
