5 c cooked turkey or chicken
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
½ c celery, diced
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar pimento
9 oz package vermiculi noodles
5 ½ cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in broth. Do NOT drain. When still hot add cubed cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 9x13 pan 25 minutes at 375º.

I got this recipe from a co-worker, Dan Parries. The first time I made it I thought it called for 90 oz of noodles vs. 9....wow was I wrong!
