2⅛ cups flour
Tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
tsp cream of tartar
tsp baking soda
⅜ cup dry milk
cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and spread into 8x10 ungreased pan.
 

Topping

1 cups brown sugar
cup cocoa
2-3 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cocoa and brown sugar and sprinkle over cake.

2. Pour boiling water over cake. Do not stir.

3. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
