yogurt, plain, nonfat
ricotta, part skim
blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all ingredients according to your individual food plan allotments. Make oatmeal according to directions on package using water. Measure allotment into serving bowl. Measure yogurt and swirl into the oatmeal. Measure ricotta and top the oat/yogurt mixture with this. Sprinkle cinnamon over all.
