3/4 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

TOPPING
2 large apples, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup honey
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cardamon
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, eggs and milk until smooth. Place butter ina 10 in ovenproof pan. Heat 400º for 3-4 minutes or until melted; tilt pan to coat bottom and sides. Pour batter into hot skillet. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute apples in butter until lightly browned. Stir in the honey, lemon juice, and cardamon. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; add to apple mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and sir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spoon onto pancake. Serve immediately.

This is a Christmas brunch special that I make every year. We always have a special brunch on Christmas morning. The children don't help make the brunch. I set the table with china or the white corelle. For many years Grandma Karen used to join us or any other special guests.
