Chopped vegetables raw or cooked, cut up small - suggested vegetables include: grape tomatoes, snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, raw zucchini, celery, cucumbers - any garden vegetable you enjoy will work!

Beans - black, navy, kidney, northern, garbanzo, cannelloni, or any combination thereof works fine!

Finely chopped chicken, turkey, tuna, feta cheese or hard boiled egg, or a combination of any of these.

Canned fruit or 6 ounces fresh fruit such as apple or oranges, or 3 ounces of grapes, finely chopped.

Regular dressing or reduced calorie dressing.

Weigh and measure all ingredients according to your food plan into a bowl and toss. Pour dressing over all.
