1 t garlic powder
1 t dried basil
½ t salt
½ t pepper
2 t dried minced onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 T olive oil
½ c balsamic vinegar
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (24 oz)
Fresh parsley for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Pour olive oil and garlic in bottom of crockpot. Combine spices and rub on both side of chicken thighs. Place chicken in crockpot and pour vinegar over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle with fresh parsley when serving.
